Using benchmarking tools: improve your institutional performance in internationalisation
As internationalisation is increasingly integrated into institutional strategies, it is becoming essential for universities to develop the ability to define their rationales and approaches in the international effort, to assess performance according to different strategic objectives and to understand how they compare to their competitors.
These two workshops are open to both academics and administrators who are directly involved in internationalisation processes at their institutions and who have a keen interest in becoming familiar with the concepts and practices of benchmarking and its application to internationalisation.
