Online tool

The online tool assists with finding the right benchmarking approach and developing benchmarking activities in higher education.

In its six sections, it focuses on success factors, the choice of the right benchmarking approach according to the needs of each higher education institution, and provides a practical guide, an online bibliography, definitions as well as further assistance.

Practical guide to benchmarking in European higher education

This handbook provides practical guidelines and a step by step approach both to those new to benchmarking in higher education and those with experience with benchmarking and willing to develop further their benchmarking activities. This is also the place where you will find information on the history and background of benchmarking.

Guidelines
